I had ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Muse build planes in Kerbal Space Program, then tried them out to see how well they actually flew. The goal was to make it all the way around Kerbin and land back at the runway.
In this video I go through each design, try to get it flying properly, and see how far it gets. A couple of the planes are pretty impressive. Others have problems that become obvious very quickly, especially once things start overheating.
