Kira Labs Video Studio is being developed as a conversational production system that can help research a subject, organize sources, write a script, build a storyboard, manage narration and source audio, make corrections, and prepare a finished video package.
In this complete walkthrough, I use a safe Moon-phase example project to show how a video moves from the first idea to an owner-review package. You will see the real Video Studio interface, project setup, research controls, script development, storyboard review, clip editing, narration, Editor Chat corrections, validation, thumbnails, and publication materials.
The Studio is designed to preserve good work during revisions. A changed line or replaced visual should not require regenerating every narration file or rebuilding unrelated sections.
It also keeps publication under the user’s control. Video Studio prepares the project and upload materials, but it does not automatically publish anything.
A public version of Kira Labs Video Studio is being planned. It is not available for download yet.
