We take our 82-foot historic ship back to the shipyard and haul her out of the water for the first time in almost a year.
Once ashore, we pressure-wash the hull and discover that the antifouling has almost completely disappeared in several areas. What happened? And is it something we need to worry about?
Next week, the major structural repair project begins as we replace one of Flying Coney’s damaged steel frames.
