The word diabolical has become a mainstay in our daily vocabulary and we only have one person to thank for that; Billy Butcher. Even without super powers, he was the one guy that Supes would run away from because he’s bat crap crazy and perhaps the greatest Supe hunter of all time. But now that he’s a Supe himself, Billy’s a much bigger threat because now, he’s levelled the playing field. He doesn’t need dynamite sticks and halothane and elaborate plans anymore; he can improvise, and there’s nothing scarier in this universe than a Butcher without a plan.
