Today we’re preparing one of our most exciting countryside meals — a GIANT OCTOPUS STEW served with creamy coconut vegetables and traditional ugali! 😍❤️

And while we cook this incredible seafood feast, our DREAM HOME construction journey continues. 🏡

The house has reached another important milestone and we are currently AWAITING FLOORING before moving forward with the next stages of the transformation.

Today’s star ingredient is GIANT OCTOPUS!

We prepare the octopus carefully until beautifully tender while keeping those incredible tentacles intact, then transform it into a rich and flavorful OCTOPUS STEW.

There is something special about preparing fresh seafood in the countryside and turning it into a huge family-style feast. ❤️

🥥🌿 CREAMY COCONUT VEGETABLES

Alongside our octopus stew, we prepare colorful vegetables in a rich and creamy COCONUT sauce.

The creamy vegetables balance beautifully with the seafood and bring another delicious African coastal influence to our meal.

And of course, we complete our feast with UGALI — one of our favorite traditional African staples.
