We explored one of the most unsettling abandoned hospitals in Gary, Indiana. A place tied to the beginning of one of the most famous lives in music history.

Inside the decaying halls of St. Mary Mercy Hospital, which originally opened in the mid-20th century and closed in 1995 after decades of service, we searched room by room for something specific: the exact place where Michael Jackson was born.

What we found wasn’t easy to locate… and the deeper we went, the more unsettling this abandoned hospital became. From forgotten wings of the building to rooms left to decay, every hallway felt like it was leading us closer to something important but nothing was certain until the very end.

This isn’t just an exploration video. It’s a search through history, memory, and decay. Trying to connect a world-famous legacy to a place time has left behind.
